Slow Cooker Apple Cobbler Recipe - Dairy-free & vegan version

Apple crisps and cobblers are my favorite fall desserts, especially when topped with dairy-free ice cream. And this slow cooker apple cobbler makes indulging so much easier. Just 15 minutes of prep and you can forget about this crockpot recipe until it’s time for dessert!

This slow cooker apple cobbler recipe was created by McCormick Kitchens Executive Chef Kevan Vetter. He says, “this is an ooey gooey dessert that will fill your kitchen with an irresistible, sweet and spicy aroma while it slow cooks.”

Slow Cooker Apple Cobbler

Apple Filling:
5 medium Gala apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup all-purpose dairy-free baking mix (see post above)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Oatmeal Cobbler Topping:
1 cup all-purpose dairy-free baking mix (see post above)
½ cup quick oats
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
⅓ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup dairy-free buttery spread or coconut oil
